Bachelor Party Montreal

The previous post about the bachelor show reminded me of a funny story. I planned one of a my buddies had a bachelor party a few years back here in Montreal. The bachelor was one of these guys who was always playing practical jokes on people. being his bachelor party he was well aware they we were going to pull some type of prank, so he was very cautious during the whole party. Like all great bachelor parties we wound up at the strip club at the end of the night. The bachelor had been to a few parties in Montreal before so he was well aware of the bachelor show. While there was no real surprise factor with the show he was willing to be a good sport and go on stage and take his lickings. Since he was going on stage we figured this would be the best time to pull a prank on him. What could be do to him that would be more embarrassing than being on stage in your underwear?  How about being caught on stage in your underwear with a massive erection? that’s embarrassing and is exactly what we did to the bachelor. An hour or before he was due to go on stage we crushed up an elephant sized Viagra and put it in his gin and tonic. The beauty of this is that for some reason drinks with gin in them are blue under the black lights of the strip club, so there was no way he could see the Viagra. The prank worked perfectly. the bachelor went up on stage and when they ripped off his pants you could see his soldier standing at attention. The bachelor was so embarrassed. The best part was he did not suspect it was a prank but rather it was more due to him being drunk and not being able to control himself.

As i commented yesterday, i strongly feel that Montreal is the ideal city for a bachelor party.  While some people know about Montreal a large majority of the people have never been to Montreal and are usually hesitant to come. Like wise i always find the same people become Montreal’s biggest fan after one visit. So what makes Montreal so great? Simply put whatever your vise is Montreal has it in both quantity and quality. Askmen.com has even placed Montreal in the number two spot on the top ten bachelor party destinations citing

“Montreal is unarguably one of the best bachelor party locations in the world. Take a walk down Crescent Street or St. Laurent Boulevard and you’ll see hordes of beautiful women from all over the world, a slew of trendy bars and nightclubs, and most importantly, renowned strip clubs visited by many bachelor parties”

To me Montreal is the real sin city. Las Vegas is officially dubbed Sin city however much like its title the entire city has been constructed that way. Unlike Las Vegas and its strip of hotels the whole city has an atmosphere perfect for bachelor parties. A perfect example of this are the Montreal strip clubs. there are over 32 strip clubs dispersed across the downtown area. The strip-clubs in Montreal offer full-contact lap dances, in which patrons are able to touch the strippers. best of all the lap dances only cost $10 CND per song and you are not expected to tip. check out the the sin cite article for an in depth (and humorous) look at the Montreal strip clubs.

The strip clubs is only one part of Montreal that makes the city the ideal host for a bachelor party. I will be writing more articles about Montreal in the very near future.

I’ll tell you what works and what does not along with tips, reviews, and of course stories.
I’ve been to parties in ever destination one can imagine: Las Vegas, Amsterdam, Miami, Vancouver, Cancun, NYC, etc, and in my opinion Montreal is the ideal city for a bachelor party. While I’m a huge fan of Montreal there are tons of people out there who know little about this city. While the main purpose of this site is help those planning a bachelor party the secondary purpose is to inform people about Montreal that is why I’ve dubbed this site bachelor party Montreal.
